Already shelled, these raw Californian walnut are great for cooking and baking, and in homemade granola, cereal, and trail mix. Compared to other raw nuts, the raw walnut contains the highest levels of antioxidants. The walnut pairs well with honey, basil, cheeses, carrots, and arugula (rocket).
