Pumpkin seeds are added to salads, sprinkled over side dishes, and often incorporated in vegeburger mixes. Pumpkin seeds are a very good source of manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, and copper, they are a good source of iron, zinc, essential fatty acids, and potassium.
